Return & Refund Policy – Deng Collective

At Deng Collective, each item is made especially for you once you place your order. Because of this on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided or a package goes unclaimed:

  • The order may be returned to our fulfillment facility

  • You will be responsible for reshipping costs

  • If not reshipped, the item may be donated without refund


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Personal preference

Each product is custom-made specifically for your order.


EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), personalized or made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Since our products are produced on demand, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
