Terms & Conditions (Deng Collective)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) and Deng Collective (“Deng Collective”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from dengcollective.com (the “Site”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1) Who we are

Deng Collective is an independent brand that sells custom-designed products. Many of our items are made-to-order and fulfilled by a trusted print-on-demand partner (e.g., Printful) who prints, packs, and ships orders on our behalf.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal right to enter this agreement.

3) Orders & Order Changes

Made-to-order products often enter production quickly. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to:

  • change product size/color,

  • change shipping address,

  • cancel the order.

If you need a change, contact us immediately at hello@dengcollective.com and we’ll try to help before production starts, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

4) Product Information & Colors

We do our best to display products accurately. However:

  • colors may vary between screens and real life,

  • placement/scale may vary slightly due to manufacturing,

  • sizes may be approximate.

Minor differences are not considered defects.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

All prices are shown on the Site in the displayed currency. You are responsible for:

  • shipping costs (if applicable),

  • any customs duties/import fees charged by your country,

  • applicable taxes (VAT/GST) where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you for approval before proceeding.

6) Shipping & Delivery

We ship to many countries worldwide (availability depends on destination and product).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping can be affected by customs, carrier delays, peak seasons, or events beyond our control.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, you may need to contact the carrier first. We can also assist you with the information we have.

7) Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If:

  • the address is incorrect or incomplete, or

  • a package is unclaimed/refused,

it may be returned. In such cases, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. If the carrier/fulfillment partner cannot return the item, the order may not be recoverable.

8) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because most products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • incorrect (wrong item received)

Deadline: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • a brief explanation

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9) Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve it.

10) Items not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be returnable (for example, sealed goods). If an item is not eligible, this will be stated in the product listing or policy.

11) EU/EEA/UK Consumer Notice (Right of Withdrawal)

EU law may provide a 14-day withdrawal right for many purchases. However, that right generally does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Since our products are typically made-to-order, returns for change of mind may not be available. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you still have the right to a remedy (repair/replacement/refund) as described above.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logo, designs, text, product images, and branding) is owned by Deng Collective or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs or content without written permission.

13) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Site for unlawful purposes, including fraud, abuse, harassment, or violating the rights of others.

We may refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
